Your crane keeps count.

Crane Brain counts and weighs every lift from the crane’s own power supply. Nothing goes on the hook.

A crane bay through one shiftSection drawing of a steel shed with an overhead crane. Daylight falls through a rooflight and moves across the bay from morning to afternoon. The crane picks up a short steel beam and a strapped bundle of plate and sets them down across the floor. A ruler under the floor marks the shift from 6:00 to 15:30, with a tick for every lift. The lift at 9:40 is marked in green, and a label beside the hook gives the 74.4 kg bench test load from September 2026. The lift at 12:05 went over the crane’s limit and has a taller tick.74.4 kgBench test load, September 2026BCRailFloor6:007:008:009:0010:0011:0012:0013:0014:0015:0015:3011:42

Every lift, counted.

From the first lift of the day to the last, without anyone writing a thing down.

Every lift, weighed.

It reads the crane’s power supply. Nothing gets fitted to the hook or the hoist.

74.4 kgBench test load, September 2026

Nothing on the hook.

Know when it’s been pushed too far.

When a lift goes over the crane’s limit, you hear about it the same day.

Service by use, not by the calendar.

See how hard each crane works, so it gets looked at when it needs it.

It lives in the switchboard.

Crane Brain sits in or beside the crane’s switchboard and clamps around the supply cables. Nothing is cut into the crane’s controls, and nothing goes on the hook.

Fitted by a licensed electrician or a trained technician.

Lifts, loads and hours for each crane, in the Crane Brain app and in your browser. A heads-up when one needs a look.

The record AS 2550 asks for.

When a crane’s design working period is assessed, the standard adds a safety factor for how its history was kept. Cranes with no record also need major assessments more often. Crane Brain is built to keep that record for you, automatically.

Questions.

Short answers for now. The weekly updates have the long ones.

Which cranes does it suit?

Overhead gantry, bridge and jib cranes with three-phase electric hoists. We’re proving it one hoist drive at a time, and the weekly updates will say which ones it’s ready for.

When can I get one?

It’s on our test crane now, and pilot cranes on customer sites come next. Sign up and you’ll hear when we’re taking more.

What will it cost?

We’ll share pricing once the pilot is done.

Does it change my crane?

Not the way it lifts or how it’s controlled. The only new part is the box at the switchboard, fitted by a licensed electrician or a trained technician.

Who’s behind it?

A crane servicing company, transforming the industry.
